3. How long have you played on Requiem WoW?
A week or so, well I played for 1 day then it went down.
4. Previous Game Master experience:
What server(s) and how long:
RageWoW/BlizzCraft: 12-13 months
FxHardcore: 9-10 months
Why did you leave:
RageWoW/BlizzCraft: The server shut down
FxHardcore: Personal issues with the staff.
Your role on the server:
RageWoW/BlizzCraft: Head GM/Admin
FxHardcore: GM
5. Do you have any experience from retail? If so, how long; do you play currently?
Yes, I've played since 1/2 months before TBC up untill this day.
6. How much time each day do you spend on the forums and in-game?
Between the times stated above, and I will recently check out the forums.
7. Do you have Ventrilo? Do you have a working microphone?
Yes to both.
8. Tell us a little about yourself (200 words max):
Well, my name is Kas, and I like to play WoW obviously
, snowboarding is also something I love to do.
I've had some big problems lately with the loss of my father and schoolwork going bad, but I'm fighting hard to get things straight again.
I'm a trustworthy and a fun to be with person, It's a goal of mine to turn
into 
9. What positive addtions can you bring to Requiem WoW?
I'm a fun person who conjures up nice ideas to add to the community, and I love to give players something new to crunch their minds or fingers on.
10. Why do you presume that you are the best candidate for the position?
I've got the experiance to keep things smooth, I love doing it, and I try to imrpove from my mistakes.
When I get the chance I try to help out with anything.
